Do you agree to these terms? ///// PAYMENT: A deposit is due to reserve the date. If we can't confirm a DJ, deposit will be returned in full. Once a DJ is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable. Deposit amount is 25% of the total (minus any travel charges), unless otherwise noted by your organizer. The deposit counts towards total amount. Remaining amount is due no later than the date of the wedding. //// This agreement contains the entire understanding between The DJ and THE CLIENT. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. //// RESERVATION: Upon receipt of this signed contract and deposit, The DJ will reserve the time and date agreed upon and will not make other reservations for that time and date. //// CANCELLATION: If the event is canceled on THE CLIENT side for any reason, The DJ will keep the deposit. //// HOUSE RULES: The DJ agrees to abide by all the rules given by the venues stated above. The DJ is limited by the acoustics and guidelines of the event location/site management. THE CLIENT agrees to accept the technical results of the venue’s imposition on The DJ. //// ILLNESS AND INJURY: In the unlikely event The DJ is unable to perform the assignment due to illness, threat of illness, injury, ACT OF GOD or other unforeseen circumstances, AWDJ will provide a suitable and professional replacement DJ. The replacement DJ will work in good faith to do the best possible job. *

Once confirmed, we’ll connect you to your DJ over email and provide a list of next steps (day-of schedule, music preferences). After you have those details established, you’ll meet your DJ to discuss specifics (usually a month out from the wedding). Or if you wanna meet with them right away to get a feel & get some feedback, we can arrange that, too! Whatever you need to feel comfortable. You got plenty of stuff to stress over.
